How it works

INITIAL SUBMISSION

Click any Get Started button and answer a few questions about your organization’s mission. You can also schedule a consultation and we’ll walk you through it choosing the service that’s right for you.

CONSULTANT REVIEW

We’ll look over everything to make sure its 501(c)3 ready, reach out to you if we have additional input or questions, and then get to work once we agree on the details.

FILE IT THE RIGHT WAY

Once your documents are completed, we’ll file them electronically with the state and IRS fee.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

It's takes us (48 hours) during business days (Monday- thru Friday) to complete your paperwork if you have provided everything we have requested. It takes the state up 10 business days by mail, instantly or up to three business days electronically to process files, and the IRS 6weeks put to 6 months.
